All pies & tarts are 9 inches and serve 6-8 people. Individual slices may be available for walk-in only.

Pecan Vanilla Tart

Pate sable tart dough. Toasted pecan frangipane, Bourbon infused caramel-pecan cremeux. Topped with Vanilla bean whipped ganache and pecan praline.

Chocolate Cream Tart

Pate sable tart dough. Chocolate frangipane, 64% Equatorian chocolate cream. Topped with milk chocolate whipped cream and crispy chocolate chards.

Marionberry Custard Pie

House pie dough. Oregon marionberries and a rich vanilla bean custard. Topped with Whipped ganache.

Lemon Meringue Tart

Pate sable tart dough. Lemon cremeux, lemon curd, lemon-mint confit. Topped with Italian meringue.

Pumpkin & Pear Pie

House pie dough. Rich pumpkin pie custard. topped with poached bartlett pears and pumpkin seed crumble.
