Portland isn’t just a stop on our journey; it’s home.
That’s why we partner with local farmers to source the highest-quality ingredients and support this close-knit community.
Our current community partners include: Salmon Creek Farms, Stevens Farm, Sparrowhawk Farm, Baird Family Farm, Santos Family Farm, South Barlow Berries, and Our Little Farm & Nursery.

“At Baird Family Orchards, we are dedicated to bringing you the best fruit and produce around. It is our goal to have the most incredible peaches you've ever tasted, the juiciest nectarines, the sweetest cherries, the most delicious petite gourmet asparagus, the tastiest apricots and the crunchiest apples, plus wonderful jams and syrups from Oregon grown berries and fruit. Baird Family Orchards is located in Dayton, Oregon, and has grown top quality fruit for 20 years. “
“We are Joe Santos and Maria Gummerson, owners of Santos Family Farm. Santos Family Farm is situated on an 80 acre parcel just outside the small town of Yamhill, at the northern end of Oregon’s Willamette Valley. It is not a classic farm with wide open fields and pastures. Much of the land is rolling hills with large stands of huge Douglas Fir, Hawthorne, and Ash. We’re in the heart of Oregon wine country, and most of our neighbors are grape vineyards. To us, this is the perfect place to grow vegetables, fruit, flowers, and herbs, raise all sorts of livestock, and maybe even wrangle a few bees.”
“Established in early 2018, Our Little Family Farm is a first generation farming family. As a family we invite our patrons and supporter to be a true part of our journey. We do our best to capture every lesson learned, share every success, and take every chance to partake in this grand adventure we have set ourselves on.”
“This farm is a small, family owned and operated farm located just west of Hillsboro offering vegetables, fruit, herbs and walnuts. All of our produce is grown using only organic methods - we do not use synthetic pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers. We sell weekly and bi-weekly CSA shares and also sell produce at our Farm Headquarters.”
“We opened Upper Left Roasters in 2015 in hopes of creating a vibrant meeting place for residents and visitors of Portland’s Ladd’s Addition neighborhood.
We hope you’ll join us in celebrating the bounty of Ladd’s Addition, Portland, and the greater Pacific Northwest. To the friendly faces of our neighbors and the tireless purveyors of the region’s renowned produce, we are greatly indebted.”
“Since 2004 we have been importing and handcrafting specialty loose-leaf tea blends in Portland, Oregon. Our specialty is providing the highest quality teas and herbal tisanes to gourmet retailers, restaurants, spas and individuals. Most of our teas are harvested and blended in small quantities, which allows us to share the freshest rare and seasonal teas.”
“Republic of Jam’s recipes use about half of the sugar of traditional recipes.
For us, the flavors of the fruit are what we seek to preserve. We use local farms, orchards & suppliers to source all of our fruit; We <3 local.
Everything that goes into a jar of Republic of Jam preserves
is real. You’ll find whole spices & large chunks of fresh fruit, and
we use fruit pectin to assure quality, naturally
(ROJ is vegan-friendly) Using recipes we’ve developed & modified, we’ve taken traditional techniques and adapted them with new & unique
“Black Rabbit Service Co. is the brainchild of Alex Lambert and Jason "Double J" Johnson . Between the two of us, we have a combined 40 years of experience in the specialty coffee industry and 20 years experience as coffee technicians. We each spent over 10 years at Stumptown Coffee Roasters building one of the most comprehensive service programs in the country.”
“At Pacific, every day is a celebration of nature’s goodness. We’ve always believed that nature’s work needs little refinement. That’s why we believe in making nourishing foods and strive to make them the way you would at home. We like using time-honored recipes and just a few simple ingredients, showcasing each ingredient’s true flavor and inherent nutrition. No additives or preservatives in our food. Shortcuts aren’t in our nature. We’ve never set our sights on making food faster, cheaper, or by using the fewest steps. We believe there’s a right way to doing things and it’s seldom the easiest way.”
