From mixing to finished product our croissants takes three whole days. Butter is lovingly folded with the dough to create many layers that, when baked, give our croissants the flakey and pleasing texture that make the pastry.
our chocolate croissants are a twist on a beloved classic. Garnished with a ribbon of darkened dough and filled with a rich chocolate ganache.

Everything Croissant Sammie!!! Our whole grain croissant is shaped into a disk covered in everything seasoning. We cut it in half and stuff it with house citrus-cured, wild-caught sockeye salmon, herbed cream cheese, fried capers, pickled red onion and fresh arugula.
