Founder & Owner
With a penchant for quality and a passion for experimentation, Kurt Goddard trained at The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone and traveled the country developing his pastry skills for 25 years before settling down in Portland, Oregon to found Twisted Croissant. When he’s not handmaking pastries or running the business behind the scenes, he enjoys fly fishing, snowboarding, golfing, and spending time with his wife, dog, and two cats.
FOH Operations Manager
From her first barista job straight out of high school to her work as a consultant for budding restaurateurs, Darci Pacewicz has been immersed in the foodservice industry for more than 12 years. She studied at The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone and looks forward to learning from her colleagues and customers every day. In her spare time, she can be found cooking and eating, foraging for wild edibles, and hanging out with her husband and their dog.
