During the summer season, the market brings 15,000 and 20,000 visitors on any given Saturday. The market has nursery growers, farmers, and ranchers - both conventional and organic. Local artisan food producers offer prepared products, ranging from fruit jams to farmstead cheeses, breads and pastries, pickles, pastas, chocolates, and much more. The market also offers live music each week and is right across the street from the main Beaverton Library and the City Park for picnicking.

This market started in 2003, since this market has become a destination market for locals and travelers. The Hillsdale Farmers' Market is a year-round market with 50 local farmers & artisans food vendors from Oregon and Southwest Washington. Product selection includes a wide range of seasonal vegetables, fruits, meats, cheeses, honey, baked goods, specialty as well as ready-to-eat foods.
